  • In the earlier stage of his life he did not have anything but only survival , he said that he is a very average person and he strictly believe that a person don’t have to be the best.
  • According to him each and every days are different and he is a person who always find a quick solution to any problem.
  • He explain what management student should be strong with. The students are should be flexible and should extract efficient work from peoples.
  • He explains that people should be humble and honest to other person whomever we meet.
  • He added on peoples are so concerned about their works and exposing themselves to the outer world, that should not be done always. Peoples should be silent in the environment where they work.
  • He aims that people should understand the importance of being an good human being.people should have consistency in being good to others.
  • He believes that if people being silent and humble in work nature, their work will be obviously noticed by seniors.
  • He strongly insist juniors to stop showcasing their works to their seniors.
  • He explains the importance of listening and processing towards it as listening is an art and everybody should craft it.

The speaker Sri A.R. Sathish Kumarhas has spoken about the following topics:

  • Public’s money is used to lend, it is involved in loans. It will ultimately go back to the.
  • As a lender, one should know the affordability of the person to whom it is giving loan. There are 3 tiers pertaining to that: -
    1. Economically Weaker Section – Has pay under Rs.25000 per month.
    2. LIG (Lower Income Group) – Has pay more than Rs.25000 but less than Rs.50000 per month.
    3. MIG (Middle Income Group) – Has pay more than Rs.50000 but less than 1.5 Lakhs per month.
  • By 2030, 90% of people will live in urban areas. People are moving towards urbanisation.
  • In India, there is value of purchasing own house and there comes the affordability mismatch.
  • Constraints are as follows: -
    1. Land availability which govt is working on
    2. Lack of financial support from banks.
  • Historically banks used to approve layouts but now it may or may not be there so banks have to ensure collateral so to ensure what is legally valid then they start funding such segments.
  • 1% intent issue of not repaying the loan so the collateral comes into picture. Here, the bank provided 10% to 14% interest while lending.
  • Home loan is 100% subsidiary tax in such as Aadhar housing finance, Shriram housing finance.

Testimony-1: The rates are fixed by suppliers for example steel, cement which is controlled by conglomerates. What is required is more and more big builders have to step in and they should construct massive projects then it becomes affordable and viable. – Sonali (212221410098)
